Dear Parents and Guardians,

Staying Healthy At Mount View School

As we move through this time of year, there are lots of germs circulating in schools. Please remember to take good care of yourself by practicing healthy handwashing, drinking plenty of fluids, and getting a good night’s sleep. These small steps make a big difference in keeping everyone healthy and learning strong!

Gymnastics Reminder – Mission Impossible

Next week is Mission Impossible in the gym! To stay safe and comfortable while participating, please remember to wear comfortable clothing, running shoes, and make sure long hair is tied back. We’re looking forward to a fun and active week!

Warmer Days Means Wet Clothes

Please remember to pack some extra clothes for your child.

February 2–6: Alien In-Line at Mount View School

Alien In-Line is coming to Mount View School from February 2–6, and we’re looking for a wonderful team of volunteers to help with setting up and taking down equipment throughout the week.

If you already have volunteer clearance and would like to lend a hand, please connect with your child’s classroom teacher to offer your support.

Feeling extra generous? Our younger grades can always use an extra set of hands! If you’re available to help where needed, please email Ms. Burger (hmburger@cbe.ab.ca) to let her know.

Thank you for supporting our students and helping make this event a success!

Volunteer Opportunity: Watering the Living Wall

We are looking for a reliable volunteer to help care for the living wall plants in our Learning Commons. This commitment is bi‑weekly and takes approximately 30 minutes each time.

If you are interested or would like more information, please email Ms. Hart (lahart@cbe.ab.ca)

Thank you for supporting our school community!
