Dear Mount View School Families, 

I am both grateful and excited to introduce myself as the new Assistant Principal at Mount View School. I am eager to meet all of you and work alongside Ms. Hart, staff, students, and families to continue fostering the welcoming and caring community of learning at Mount View School. 

I have been with the Calgary Board of Education for the past twenty years in a variety of positions ranging from a music specialist at a junior high school to my most recent role at Colonel Walker School as a Learning Leader, having the opportunity to teach a variety of subjects from language arts and math to art and drama. 

Though I have been an educator with the CBE for the last twenty years, my journey began as a student. I was born and raised primarily in Calgary, and I love our city and all it has to offer. In my downtime, I enjoy taking walks and spending time with my family, including my daughter and my quirky little wiener dog.
